Applications & Scheduling
- Deadline: December 1, 2025 (application form + check required)
- Preliminary schedules will be sent in early December
- Preference given to Region III schools, then filled in order received
- $150 per ensemble (checks only, no POs)
- One check may cover multiple ensembles in the same festival (please do not combine choir, instrumental, and jazz into one check)

Fees: Solo Student - $20 / Ensemble - $30
An update to this year's event is that we are accepting a wide variety of musical ensembles from regions beyond our own. Please bring your mariachi groups, your guitar ensembles, pop bands, etc. Our goal is to create a space for soloists and multi-music ensembles to perform and receive adjudication. There are three different forms to fill out: Director Registration, Solo/Group Registration, and Survey. Please fill out each form as it provides necessary information for us to make the event as smooth as possible. The event's rules and guidelines are in the attached Google Doc.
